Silhouette Soft® works through a double action. First, fine anchoring sutures placed under the skin lift the sagging tissue immediately — your practitioner reshapes the contour of the face there and then. Second, over the following months, the threads stimulate your own collagen, so the lift is maintained as the sutures naturally dissolve.
It suits people fighting sagging skin or lost volume who don't feel ready for surgery, and it can treat the lower jaw, the cheeks and cheekbones, the eyebrows and the neck.
