Laser hair removal offers long-term freedom from shaving and waxing — for women and for men. It is one of the most popular treatments we offer.
The Treatment
What it is, and why it helps.
The elōs Plus® Motif platform we use is suitable for all skin types, and it is medically proven to remove unwanted hair for the long term — on the face, legs, underarms, back, chest and shoulders.
Hair grows in cycles, and the laser can only treat follicles that are actively growing. That's why a course of six to eight sessions, spaced four to eight weeks apart, gets the best results — we'll advise you on the right spacing for your treatment as it progresses.
Most people describe the sensation as the flick of a small elastic band. You'll have a patch test at your consultation first, and if you find it uncomfortable we can apply a numbing cream for your full sessions. Treatments take anywhere from ten minutes to an hour, depending on the area.
Before your treatment
- No tanning for four weeks before treatment, sun or sunbed
- No waxing, plucking or hair-removal creams for four weeks before
- A patch test before your course begins
- SPF30 or higher on treated skin exposed to sunlight, during and for four weeks after

Your consultation includes a patch test, so you know exactly how the treatment feels and we know how your skin responds.
Sessions treat the follicles that are actively growing — anywhere from ten minutes to an hour, depending on the area.

Absolutely — chest, back and shoulders are among the most popular treatments we do.
Can I have it with a tan?
No — skin must be untanned for four weeks before treatment, and protected with SPF30 or higher during your course.
